Author note: I am training for a 21k marathon in New York next April, so I try to keep up the pace and distance when I do my long run on Sundays because at the end of the training when I upload my time the Garmin Watch trainer says Good Job! Every Sunday I run my long run of between 12 to 20 kilometers (Avenida Mate de Luna in San Miguel de Tucumán, northwestern Argentina).
Cohetes means firecrackers in Spanish which are used at midnight to usher in Christmas Day.
I always bring one sheet of paper and a pen in my pouch to write my thoughts.
